Special focus will also be given to\u00a0<strong data-start=\"794\" data-end=\"811\">young writers<\/strong>\u00a0and their future vision, to\u00a0<strong data-start=\"840\" data-end=\"888\">book fairs, festivals, and publishing houses<\/strong>\u00a0as arenas of cultural interaction, and to\u00a0<strong data-start=\"931\" data-end=\"951\">drama and cinema<\/strong>\u00a0as powerful channels for humanist storytelling.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" data-start=\"1003\" data-end=\"1365\">The Congress aims to produce the\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1036\" data-end=\"1054\">WOW Memorandum<\/strong>\u2014a document of shared values, commitments, and objectives\u2014alongside an\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1125\" data-end=\"1147\">annual action plan<\/strong>\u00a0of international events, competitions, translation programs, and literary residencies. It will also establish a\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1260\" data-end=\"1294\">global network of partnerships<\/strong>\u00a0and specialized councils for ethics, translation, youth, and
