The Board of Representatives of the Committee “Human Rights Hope for International Peace – Envoys for Justice and Legal Solutions”, held in Riobamba, Ecuador, on April 22, 2026, in the exercise of its legal and regulatory powers:

Considered:

The Committee’s objective is to promote peace, justice, the protection of human rights and the management of humanitarian aid at the national and international levels.

It is necessary to strengthen international cooperation relations through strategic alliances with leaders and representatives of recognized social responsibility.

The Board of Representatives analyzed and approved the nomination of an international representative to strengthen joint activities;

Resolved:

First: To be appointed as the International Representative and Strategic Ally of the Committee for Hope for International Peace, Human Rights Envoy, Justice and Legal Solutions.

Second: To establish an international cooperation alliance, whose objectives are:

Dismantle humanitarian aid programs at the national and international levels

Expand integration, training and social assistance activities.

Third:

The designated representative will work in coordination with the Committee, ensuring compliance with the Committee’s policies, internal regulations and institutional guidelines, as well as its objectives.

Fourth:

This appointment will be valid for two (2) years from the date of signature and may be renewed or terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Assembly of Representatives.
