Debating Forum Chunti celebrates third anniversary with “Victory and Reason Arena-2025”

The emerging creative platform for youth, Debating Forum Chunti (DFC) celebrated its third anniversary by organizing a debate competition titled “Victory and Reason Arena-2025” at Chunti in Lohagara Upazila of Chittagong, which is known as the land of saints.

The event was successfully conducted by Abu Hurayra Mohammad Shakil. The chief guest was eminent educationist, Bangladesh Human Rights Commission, Lohagara Upazila President Professor Hamidur Rahman. He appreciated the talents of the participants, congratulated the organizing committee and assured continued support for such constructive initiatives.

Among the distinguished guests were eminent social worker and headmaster of Chanda Government Primary School Dr. Nurul Islam. Among the special guests were Executive Member of Chunti Samaj Kalyan Parishad Qutub Uddin; Former President of Karnaphuli Debating Club Abu Bakar Samit; Chittagong University student and debate workshop instructor Rabiul Hossain; Hillol Sahitya O Sangskritik Parishad representative Muhammad Humayun; Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC official Saifuddin Murad; Arman Hossain; and Dhaka University student Abu Daud Mohammad Fuad, among others.

Speakers at the event welcomed the initiative and urged the authorities and stakeholders to take necessary steps to ensure the continuity of such intellectually enriching events.

On behalf of the organizing committee, DFC President ABM Golam Rabbani extended a warm welcome to the guests and expressed gratitude for their presence and support.

The event concluded with the cutting of a cake to mark the DFC’s entry into its third year.
