Cox’s Bazar RAB-15 DGFI joint operation recovers 1,12,463 pieces of Yaba, woman arrested

A huge amount of drugs has been recovered in a joint operation of Cox’s Bazar RAB-15 and DGFI,
The Cox’s Bazar RAB-15 commander said in a statement on their page that on the midnight of October 25, 2025, a Cox’s Bazar operation team of RAB-15 CPC (2) (Huaixong Camp) DGFI received a tip-off that a drug dealer was in custody for smuggling a large consignment of drugs in the area of Balukhali Rohingya Camp No. 10, Block D11, Ward No. 2, Palangkhali Union, Ukia Police Station, Cox’s Bazar district. The joint team recovered 1,12,463 pieces of banned Yaba. And immediately arrested the woman as a drug dealer.
The arrested woman trafficker is Dilbahar, wife of deceased Ayub of Block D11, Balukhali Rohingya Camp No. 10, Ukhia Police Station, Cox’s Bazar district.
The Cox’s Bazar RAB-15 commander said that legal action will be taken against the arrested accused of recovering the deadly drug Yaba tablets.
Taking advantage of the administration’s plight after the mass uprising in Bangladesh, drug traffickers have become active and have entered Bangladesh by crossing the Naf River in Teknaf, Cox’s Bazar district in the southeastern region of Bangladesh.
